Dietary Food Solutions srl is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers and declares itself responsible for the security of such data.

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Italian and EU legislation (currently Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). Consent to data processing is given upon assignment of a service to Dietary Food Solutions srl.

The following personal data is required for service provision and processing:

  • Full name, address, email, telephone number, and ID/passport details;
  • Nationality, date and place of birth, gender, ID or passport number, expiry date, and issuing country;
  • Tax ID number, IBAN and/or VAT number;
  • Data necessary for the provision of goods such as grains, flours, cereals and other related food products, various services, and charges such as rent;
  • Data of suppliers, customers, banks, and staff, and all other information required for food product and service provision;
  • Data of employees, directors, and collaborators, and all data necessary for payroll processing;
  • Data required for submitting applications or requests to institutions and authorities;
  • All other data/information necessary to perform our services.

4) Why we use personal data, on what legal basis, and for how long

The collection and processing of personal data are based on the contract for the supply of goods and services between Dietary Food Solutions srl and the client, and are carried out for the following purposes:

  • Processing product orders, organising transport, invoicing, and accounting;
  • Preparing tax declarations, payments, and related obligations;
  • Drafting applications, requests, changes, and cancellations;
  • Processing payroll and related services;
  • Other administrative and service-related tasks as per agreement.


We process personal data only if we have a legal basis to do so, based on the purposes mentioned above.

We do not retain data longer than necessary. Data is stored until the year after the statutory limitation period has expired, then deleted or—if in paper format—returned or destroyed.

Individuals under 18 should not submit personal data without parental or guardian consent.

5) Security of personal data

We follow strict security procedures in storing and disclosing personal data to prevent accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Data is processed in paper and electronic form in compliance with applicable security measures and GDPR.

Authorised companies for electronic invoice management or archiving;
Data processing centres, consultants, auditing firms, tax assistance centres, trade unions, banks, and software providers. 
Such sharing is carried out only if legally required or deemed necessary by Dietary Food Solutions srl. Your personal data will not be publicly disclosed.

No fee will be charged for accessing your data or exercising your rights, unless the request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

We may update this privacy policy due to website developments or changes in law. Any material changes will be communicated via email or on our website.

Upon acceptance of an assignment, we request written consent for the processing of client data, including data provided for services such as accounting and payroll, using dedicated forms. This consent, with all relevant information, was also obtained for services provided before the GDPR came into effect. Therefore, no renewal of consent is required, only notification of GDPR-related updates.
